Position Overview

Ash M Photography is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Intern to help expand our client base through networking, outreach, and business development. This commission-based internship is ideal for individuals interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business development who are looking to gain real-world experience while earning unlimited commission.

As a Sales Intern, you will introduce businesses and organizations to Ash M Photography's services, build relationships with prospective clients, and generate qualified leads that result in booked photography services.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective corporate, nonprofit, and community clients.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify photography needs.
• Schedule consultations and discovery meetings for the Ash M Photography team.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-up communications.
• Represent Ash M Photography professionally and confidently in all interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and lead generation initiatives.
• Meet established outreach and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable networking and initiating conversations with new people.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn consultative sales techniques.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, or the creative industry.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
