Systems Analyst/IT Analyst
We are seeking a Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure system solutions meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders during system implementation.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Develop system documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in project planning and implementation activities.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Relevant professional experience as a Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of SDLC, software implementation, and systems integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SQL and database concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
