EyeCare Associates of Wyoming is seeking a motivated Optometrist (OD) to join our thriving, well-established private practice in Gillette, Wyoming. This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider looking for more than just a job—it's a chance to become a future practice owner while enjoying an exceptional quality of life.
With one of our long-time physicians retiring, our patient demand continues to grow. Our practice is already booked approximately six weeks in advance, creating an immediate opportunity to build a busy schedule from day one.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $150,000–$175,000 (DOE)
- Production bonus based on collections above established goals
- Partnership opportunity available immediately or after 1–2 years
- Four-day workweek
- No weekends or call
- Three weeks paid vacation
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Continuing education and travel reimbursement for in-state meetings
- American Optometric Association (AOA) and Wyoming Optometric Association (WOA) membership dues paid
- SIMPLE IRA eligibility after one year
- Relocation assistance and a potential sign-on bonus available
- Assistance with marketplace health insurance premiums if needed

Our experienced staff will handle credentialing with insurance and vision plans, allowing you to focus on patient care and building your practice.
