The MidwayUSA Foundation is a national 501(c)(3) public charity based in Columbia, Missouri. We help communities and organizations raise funds to support their high school, college, and other youth shooting teams and activities, and we manage special purpose endowed funds for the advancement of youth
shooting sports. We currently serve over 2,600 youth shooting sports teams. Our mission is to be the most respected, most influential, and best run foundation serving the shooting, hunting, and outdoor sports industries.


Role Overview
The Program Coordinator is a key member of the Program Coordination team, working closely with the Program Coordination Manager (PCM) and Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) to support the day-to-day operations of the Programs Group. This is a support role at its core. You will be the person who keeps things
moving accurately and on time behind the scenes. If you find genuine satisfaction in making a team more effective and take pride in getting the details right, this role is a good fit.


Title: Program Coordinator
Reports to: Program Coordination Manager (PCM)
Location: On-site in Columbia, Missouri
Work hours: Monday to Friday; occasional weekend availability for events
Salary: $46,000 to $48,000 annually


Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PCM, SPC, and Program Managers across program activities and initiatives.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain program, grant, and constituent information in Foundation
systems and flag discrepancies.
• Process donations, distribute gift receipts, and support donor recognition efforts, including acknowledgment materials and follow-up tracking.
• Assist with the cash grant application program, including processing grant materials, supporting data reporting, and preparing documents for the Board of Directors Grant Review Committee.
• Serve as a front-line point of contact for program-related inquiries from constituents, handling routine communications professionally and promptly.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to programs such as Incentive, Matching, and Grants Programs.
• Support Foundation events, which may require occasional travel and weekend availability.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Customer-service mindset when working with constituents and donors.
• Discreet handling of sensitive information, including donor records and financial data.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, carry up to 20 lbs, and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of or interest in the shooting, hunting, or outdoor sports industries is a plus.

Work Arrangement and Benefits
• Work location: On-site in Columbia, Missouri
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability for events. Comp time is provided
for weekend events.
• Salary: $46,000 to $48,000 annually
