Student Assistant Receptionist
Job Title: Student Assistant (Receptionist)
Duties: Receptionist in Clinic. Answer phones calls, route the calls to appropriate person, answer simple questions or take a message. Checking in appointments at the Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling: taking payments, verifying attendance, ensuring video and electronic components are prepared for appointments. Answering phones to accept appointment cancellations, new appointment requests, onboarding of new clients, answering basic questions clients have about service. Clerical duties include faxing, copying, greeting visitors, etc. Knowledge of Excel, Word, and basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone courtesy, customer service skills, a friendly nature, and be self-disciplined, punctual, and dependable.

Compensation Range: $11.50 HOURLY
Work Location: Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling, Chima Building (27 S. Forge St, Akron Lot 11) On-site working environment.

Employment Type: Seasonal/Semesterly (Temporary), Part-time (Approx. 10-20 hours per week)
