Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Target Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually through performance bonuses, promotions, and leadership advancement as responsibilities and impact grow.

Position Summary

Ultimate is seeking a highly competitive, organized, and driven Corporate Recruiting Coordinator to help attract, hire, and develop top talent across the organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a former athlete or ambitious young professional who wants to accelerate their career in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership. You will work directly alongside company leadership to help build the teams responsible for driving Ultimate's continued growth.

You will play a key role in the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, managing recruiting pipelines, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, and helping create a world-class candidate experience.

This is not an administrative recruiting role. It is a talent leadership development role.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Source and recruit candidates for internal positions across multiple departments
  • Manage job postings across recruiting platforms and social media channels
  • Conduct candidate outreach and generate recruiting activity each week
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with selection decisions
  • Manage recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems
  • Build talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences

Hiring Process Management

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Ensure consistent hiring processes across departments
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring performance
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting reports
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Help reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring efficiency

Onboarding & New Hire Success

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding programs
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed
  • Facilitate first-day and first-week onboarding experiences
  • Track onboarding progress and completion
  • Partner with managers to ensure successful new hire integration
  • Improve onboarding systems and processes

Training & Employee Development

  • Coordinate training schedules and leadership development programs
  • Track employee training and program completion
  • Assist in building onboarding, development, and career path programs
  • Help create training materials, SOPs, and learning resources
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Recruiting Operations & Systems

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
  • Generate recruiting reports and hiring analytics
  • Manage interview schedules, recruiting scorecards, and candidate evaluations
  • Assist with employment branding initiatives
  • Support recruiting technology, AI, and automation projects
  • Help build scalable talent acquisition systems as the company grows

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, sales, customer service, or business operations preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office and technology skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems is a plus
