Insurance Agent

Stidham Insurance is looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our independent insurance agency!

Position:

• Insurance Agent
• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Salaried position
• Paid training available (including licensing preparation)
• Growth opportunities within the agency
• Qualifications:
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Clerical experience preferred
• Texas Property & Casualty license is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Requirements:

• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and navigate industry‑specific software or CRM systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• Higher Education is a plus
