Are you considering attending graduate school but want a job that combines personal enrichment with professional growth?
Then apply to Hale!
For the past ten years, Hale Education Group (HEG) has helped international high school students achieve their fullest potential through U.S. and Canadian higher education. Our students have been awarded over USD 45 million in scholarships and have secured admission to more than 175 North American universities, including all eight Ivy League institutions.
Hale operates on the philosophy of helping students find the right "fit" and supports students of all academic levels. Our Educational Consultants are graduates of top U.S. universities who are passionate about helping students not only navigate the admissions process but also grow as individuals.
Our international team of consultants speaks ten languages and shares a passion for education. Many have gone on to pursue advanced degrees at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, and other leading graduate programs.
We are looking for Educational Consultants to join our growing team and help transform young people's lives.
Beginning in Grade 8, consultants work closely with students to help them identify their passions, make informed course selections, and participate in meaningful extracurricular activities. Consultants also guide students in selecting summer programs, encourage them to pursue leadership opportunities, and support their involvement in community service. Through these experiences, we help students develop their interests both inside and outside the classroom while becoming stronger thinkers, writers, and leaders. In doing so, we ensure that students not only build competitive university application profiles but are also equipped to thrive once they arrive on campus.
Team members receive comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, and continuous support to maximize their ability to serve students while growing personally and professionally. In addition to working directly with students and families, Educational Consultants also serve as brand ambassadors, helping HEG expand its impact.
