Negotiation Team Member

Negotiators work directly with insurance companies to help resolve personal injury claims on behalf of our clients. Our team reviews medical records, treatment history, damages, insurance coverage, and case documentation to determine the value of each claim and develop an effective negotiation strategy.

Negotiators assist with preparing settlement demands, drafting professional correspondence, organizing case information, communicating with insurance adjusters, tracking offers and counteroffers, and helping the team evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each case. The position provides hands-on exposure to personal injury law, insurance claims, settlement strategy, and professional legal communication.

We value strong interpersonal skills and communication. A new hire must think quickly on their feet, possess strong argumentative skills, and communicate verbally with controlled rhetoric and persuasiveness. Additionally, client relations skills are highly valued, including the ability to satisfy client's needs and ensure a positive experience, making them feel heard and taken care of.
