COMPENSATION: $26.00 - $30.00/hr + $931.88/mo Housing Rent Credit + Free Parking & Utilities

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the pre-opening team for The U at California (www.uatcal.com)—a brand-new 207-unit residential community near campus! We're seeking a lead Community Associate to help run leasing, organize resident events, and live on-site in a brand-new apartment this Fall.

HOW THE 2-PHASE ROLE WORKS:
• Phase 1 (Aug 3 – Oct 14): Pre-Opening Sprint (~20 hrs/wk, flexible schedule). Help drive local marketing, sister-property training, and prospect tours.
• Phase 2 (Oct 15 onward): Building Activation (~30.5 hrs/wk). Move on-site to 1598 University Ave with discounted rent, free parking, and paid utilities!

WHAT YOU GET:
• Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hour
• Housing Perk: $931.88/month housing credit applied toward your on-site apartment rent

• Total Value: Equivalent to $55,700 – $62,000 annualized package
