PART-TIME LEGO ROBOTICS INSTRUCTOR (IN-PERSON)

We're looking for a Part-Time LEGO Robotics Instructor to lead engaging after-school STEM classes where students explore engineering, coding, and robotics through creative, project-based activities using LEGO® Education robotics kits.

 

This is more than teaching robotics—it's helping students develop confidence, resilience, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. Every session gives students the opportunity to imagine, design, build, test, and improve their own robotic creations while learning valuable STEM concepts in a fun, supportive environment.

No need to create lesson plans from scratch—we provide the curriculum, project guides, and ongoing support so you can focus on delivering an engaging classroom experience.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead exciting, hands-on LEGO Robotics classes for elementary and middle school students
  • Guide students through building, programming, testing, and improving robotic models
  • Introduce age-appropriate engineering, coding, robotics, and design concepts
  • Facilitate engaging STEM challenges that encourage experimentation and creative thinking
  • Help students develop problem-solving, collaboration, perseverance, and critical thinking skills
  • Encourage curiosity by allowing students to explore multiple solutions to engineering challenges
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels comfortable asking questions and trying new ideas
  • Adapt activities to support different learning styles and experience levels
  • Maintain classroom organization and ensure robotics equipment is used safely and responsibly
  • Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
  • Arrive prepared and ready to create an unforgettable STEM learning experience
