After School Program Counselors (Counselor & Lead Counselor)

Cannon School is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our After School Program as Counselors and Lead Counselors. Whether you're a high school or college student looking for meaningful part-time work, an educator seeking afternoon hours, or someone who enjoys working with children, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for our students each afternoon.

Our After School team leads games, enrichment activities, homework support, and creative play while building positive relationships with students and families. Lead Counselors also provide day-to-day leadership by helping coordinate activities, supporting fellow counselors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the program.

The ideal candidates are energetic, responsible, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy mentoring children, fostering a positive community, and creating experiences that make students excited to stay after school.
