Grand Center - Crime Victim Center - Social Media/Marketing

The Social Media/Marketing position will drive brand awareness and audience engagement by creating strategic content, managing digital communities, and analyzing performance metrics across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They will build targeted ad campaigns, optimize social channels, and track key data to convert online visibility into business growth. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and marketing roadmaps. 
  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit multimedia content (graphics, videos, stories, and Reels) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Community Management: Act as the digital voice of the brand by responding to comments, engaging in social listening, and fostering user loyalty. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies based on data.

 

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Must have accepted a Federal Work-Study award for the current academic year.
  • Strong organizational skills, background in Marketing/Communications preferred
  • Must be familiar with social media platforms.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
