Learning Coach
Boys Farm is seeking a passionate Learning Coaches to join us in our ministry! In 2025, we began a partnership with Cyber Academy of South Carolina, administering public education remotely on our campus. Through providing smaller class sizes (5-6 students), consistent support, and accountability and training, Learning Coaches are the essential scaffolding that help the children we serve achieve success.
The Learning Coach position does not require a degree in education, although it is beneficial. This focuses more on classroom management, encouragement, and study skills/tutoring. Qualified candidates must, however have experience working with and managing children.
Since inception, we have seen tremendous progress as students who are typically behind 2-3 years in English and math, often failing one or more classes, move towards success. We average 70% of our students

This job is 8-3PM during the traditional school year, with a starting salary of $20 per hour. Lunch is provided each day, and you are welcome to join us as part of the Boys Farm Missions Family on field trips, activity days, and other campus-wide events to develop deeper relationships with the students you are serving.
