Residential Program Supervisor

he Residential Program Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Residential Group Home goals and is responsible for coordinating care provided to the residents at the Adult Group Home. The Residential Program Supervisor holds responsibility for appropriate staffing, upkeep of the physical location, and fiscal management of the program. The Supervisor represents the program/Agency in communications with referral sources and the community. 

The Residential Program Supervisor must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field or equivalent of education and work experience. Must hold or be able to earn an MHRT1 certification and CRMA certification. Must have a minimum of three years professional experience working with adults with emotional and behavioral challenges and supervisory or leadership experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of $100,000/300,000 liability insurance.
