RASS Support Worker
Rapid Aftercare Stabilization Service (RASS)
You will work with the families in their homes on remaining safe in the home, coping strategies, parenting skills, connecting to resources, etc. You will always have support of clinical level staff through your direct supervisor or clinical back up.
Must have the minimum of an associate’s degree in human services or related field. Must have experience with children and families, Able to obtain a MHRT/CSP and be comfortable safety planning with families. This position is not a typical 8am to 5pm schedule, you make your own hours with the families you serve. Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of $100,000/300,000 liability insurance.
