Community Support Worker - MHRTC/BHP
Community Support Worker (CSW) provides an array of services to support adults, children, and families, such as adult and child case management, skill building, service coordination and referral, and supportive counseling. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office, community-based, depending on the client’s needs, including the Behavioral Health Home model.
Must have Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) or be eligible for a provisional MHRT/C and be able to obtain a full MHRT/C within three years of date of hire. Must have a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) certification and be eligible for a full BHP within one year from date of hire. This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant work or internship experience with adults, children, and families. Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of $100,000/300,000 liability insurance.
