AI Product & Platform Associate (Entry Level)
Scope: Vision AI Platforms (PaaS, Benchtop, Mobius) | Industrial & Life Sciences Verticals
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Reporting Line: AI Product & Platform Owner
Role Overview
The AI Product & Platform Associate supports the day‑to‑day ownership of Linque’s AI product ecosystem, spanning cloud platforms, benchtop systems, and industrial deployments, with a particular focus on helping evolve the Mobius platform into a unified foundation for Agentic AI and Cognitive Vision capabilities.
This role works alongside customers, product, engineering, sales, and assurance teams, learning how Linque’s offerings are made:
- Market‑driven and customer‑validated
- Technically scalable across cloud, edge, and industrial environments
- CSA‑aligned, audit‑ready, and regulator‑credible
- Commercially differentiated across Life Sciences and Industrial verticals
In parallel, the role provides hands‑on support to Valspec’s CSV / CSA consulting services, helping keep product design, assurance strategy, and client delivery closely connected.
Core Responsibilities
AI Product, Platform & Mobius Support
- Support the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for:
- Linque AI PaaS offerings
- Benchtop Vision AI products
- Mobius platform, as the unifying layer for Agentic AI and Cognitive Vision
- Help document and track requirements for the architectural evolution of Mobius, including:
- Agentic workflows
- Cognitive Vision pipelines
- Secure, scalable deployment across cloud, edge, and industrial environments
- Help maintain consistency across verticals by keeping product requirements and documentation current.
Industrial Vertical Product Support
- Support product strategy and roadmap work for Industrial vertical offerings, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and adjacent regulated/industrial markets.
- Help capture industrial customer needs (operations, quality, safety, throughput) and turn them into clear, written product requirements.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer use cases to inform vertical and platform decisions.
Customer, Product, Engineering & Sales Coordination
- Help coordinate information flow between:
- Customer needs and use cases
- Product strategy and roadmap
- Engineering execution and architecture
- Sales positioning and commercial commitments
- Capture customer feedback, pilot learnings, and BD insights and route them into:
- Product requirements
- Roadmap prioritization
- Platform evolution decisions
- Track open questions and decisions, and follow up with the relevant owners to keep work moving.
Customer Exposure & Business Development Support
- Participate in, and prepare materials for:
- Business development discussions
- Technical sales engagements
- Partner and ecosystem conversations
- Support customer discovery, pilots, and early deployments by:
- Preparing demo environments, meeting notes, and follow‑up summaries
- Documenting findings that inform future offerings and roadmap direction
- Building deep familiarity with Linque’s platform and value proposition
- Assist Sales and Marketing with product collateral, FAQs, and positioning materials under the guidance of senior team members.
CSA / CSV & AI Credibility (Valspec‑Aligned)
- Work with Valspec Quality & Compliance teams to learn how Linque products are made CSA‑native by design.
- Assist with the preparation of:
- CSA and AI Credibility plans
- Intended use definitions and risk classification
- Traceable, audit‑ready assurance artifacts
- Help keep assurance documentation organized, current, and easy to trace.
- Learn how product development connects to Valspec’s CSV/CSA consulting offerings and the shared go‑to‑market story.
Lifecycle & Documentation Support
- Support product‑level lifecycle administration for AI platforms, including:
- Change management records and tickets
- Release notes and governance documentation
- Coordination between development and assurance activities
- Flag product, regulatory, and delivery risks early to senior team members, with clear notes on potential impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience, including internships or co‑ops, in software, AI/ML, industrial systems, or regulated digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with, or strong interest in, AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, and computer vision.
- Awareness of CSV and modern CSA approaches, or a willingness to learn quality and regulatory practices for AI‑enabled systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort taking notes and presenting to internal teams and customers.
- Highly organized, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast‑moving environment.
