Community Integration Worker - MHRTC
The Community Integration Worker (CIW) provides an array of services to support adults, such as adult management, service coordination and referral, HIV counseling, and supportive counseling. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office, community-based, depending on the client’s needs, including the Behavioral Health Home model.
Must have or be eligible for a provisional Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician / Community (MHRT/C) and be able to obtain a full MHRT/C within 2 years from time of hire. This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant work or internship experience with adults, children, and families. Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of $100,000/300,000 liability insurance.
