Center Director Responsibilities:
- Balancing educational duties, such as administering assessments and diagnosing student learning gaps
- Administrative duties, such as creating student binders and keeping the center clean
- Sales duties, such as responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers
- Employee development/manager duties, such as proper scheduling and providing on the job training/coaching

Qualifications:
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
