What You'll Do

As an Account Associate, you'll play an important role in helping customers protect what matters most while developing valuable sales and business skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and account updates.
• Help process insurance claims and follow up throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure policies are issued accurately and on time.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products that provide the right protection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Compensation

$35,000–$75,000 per year
