Service Technician

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Service Technician to join our team and help make it easy for customers to enjoy their own private paradise in their backyard.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate, someone taking a gap year, or anyone looking to start a hands-on career. No pool experience is required — we provide training and support to help you learn the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Technician, you will help keep our customers’ pools running smoothly while learning new technical skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers and providing great service
• Helping open and close pools throughout the season
• Assisting with pool maintenance and repairs
• Preparing estimates and completing service paperwork
• Ordering parts and keeping records organized
• Learning how to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including:
  • Pumps
  • Filters
  • Heaters
  • Plumbing systems
  • Electrical components
• Working with a team to complete projects from start to finish

You will also have the opportunity to help with our Christmas Décor Department, including installing and removing holiday displays.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights
• Basic mechanical ability is a plus (training provided!)

• Pay: $19.00 - $24.00/hour
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
