Position Details

-Full time position

-Monday through Friday following the school calendar

-Middle school student population

-2026–2027 school year

Responsibilities

-Deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

-Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

-Utilize positive behavior supports and classroom management strategies.

-Collaborate with families, related service providers, and school staff.

-Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.

-Foster a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

-Active Georgia Special Education General Curriculum teaching certification required.

-Experience developing and implementing IEPs.

-Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills.

-Ability to support students with varying academic and behavioral needs.

-Candidates should be prepared to provide professional references during the hiring process.
