Internship (Unpaid)

Skills 
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort working one-on-one and in small groups with students, basic organizational skills, and a genuine interest in education or instructional design.

Minimum Requirements 
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred). Able to commit to the full 1-2 quarter duration and complete weekly reflection logs. No prior tutoring experience required, though it's a plus.

Responsibilities 
Observe tutoring sessions and complete reflection logs; help prepare lesson materials; co-lead or lead supervised practice sessions as readiness allows; complete a Special Project designing and piloting a small-group session model; attend weekly check-ins and evaluations.

Part-Time Job (Paid)

Skills 
Subject-matter proficiency in the areas you'll tutor, strong instructional and communication skills, comfort teaching both individuals and small groups, and solid organizational and scheduling ability.

Minimum Requirements 
Prior tutoring, teaching, or classroom experience preferred, not required. Comfortable with basic scheduling and office software. Reliable and able to commit up to 20 hrs/week during the school year, up to 40 hrs/week during summer/breaks. No specific major required.

Responsibilities 
Provide one-on-one tutoring in assigned subjects; teach and lead small group classes (up to 4-6 students) using provided lesson plans; manage scheduling and client communication; follow up on payments; prepare materials; maintain session and progress records.
