Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

Location: Sparta, NJ (On Site + Remote)
Schedule: Approximately 4–6 hours per week

Salon Frei is a modern, education-focused salon in Sparta, NJ dedicated to exceptional guest experiences, beautiful work, and authentic relationships. We're looking for a creative, motivated content creator to help tell our story and grow our online presence.

This is an ideal opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketer looking to build a professional portfolio while working with a growing local business.

What You'll Do

  • Visit the salon approximately once per week to capture photos and videos of our team, guests (with permission), services, products, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Edit engaging content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Create Reels, Stories, static posts, and other social media content.
  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Schedule content across our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing partner, Aura Marketing, to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor social media trends and bring fresh ideas to help elevate the Salon Frei brand.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for social media, photography, and video content.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Creativity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Marketing, communications, photography, or related coursework is a plus, but not required.
