The Peach Cobbler Factory is hiring dependable, customer-focused Shift Leads to support daily operations and lead team performance during assigned shifts.

 What You Will Do: 

▸ Oversee shift operations and ensure team productivity and standards are maintained 

▸ Support opening and closing procedures 

▸ Train, coach, and guide team members throughout the shift 

▸ Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service and quality standards

 What We Are Looking For: 

▸ Previous food service or retail experience preferred 

▸ Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
