About Stix & Stones

Stix & Stones Indoor Golf is a brand-new, state-of-the-art indoor golf and entertainment venue opening in Winchester, Virginia. Our mission is to create an exceptional guest experience through premium golf simulators, outstanding hospitality, food and beverage service, leagues, tournaments, and community events. We're looking for a motivated leader who wants to help build our culture and grow with our business from day one.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while leading a team dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of guest service and operations staff.

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

Oversee food and beverage operations while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Coordinate leagues, tournaments, private events, and corporate outings.

Manage inventory, labor scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and Virginia ABC regulations.

Collaborate with ownership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and business growth.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.

Passion for hospitality, entertainment, or recreation.

Minimum Requirements

21 years of age or older.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent management experience.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, food service, retail, entertainment, or customer service.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
