Live Stream Moderator & Social Media Account Creation Hybrid
Novora Mgt LLC is a creator management and content growth agency that helps creators, streamers, influencers, and digital personalities grow their communities and monetize their content across multiple platforms.
About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and engaging team member to fill a hybrid role that combines Live Stream Moderation and Social Media Account Creation & Warming. This position involves supporting livestreams while also handling hands-on account creation and warming using physical iPhones.
Key Responsibilities
Live Stream Moderation
- Monitor livestream chat during broadcasts
- Engage with viewers and encourage participation
- Welcome new viewers and community members
- Enforce chat rules and community guidelines
- Remove spam, inappropriate comments, or disruptive users
- Answer basic viewer questions when appropriate
- Assist with viewer retention and engagement
- Highlight important messages, donations, subscriptions, and interactions
- Coordinate with creators and management during streams
- Monitor stream performance and report issues
- Assist with clipping notable moments when requested
Social Media Account Creation & Warming
- Create new social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage and organize multiple accounts
- Warm up accounts by naturally scrolling, engaging, and building activity on each device
- Follow specific processes and guidelines for account setup and warming
- Keep accounts organized and report progress daily
- Maintain phones and ensure accounts stay in good standing
Requirements
- Reliable and consistent
- Strong written English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow processes
- Comfortable using iPhones and social media apps
- Familiarity with livestream platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live, TikTok Live, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced live environments
- Previous experience with social media or moderation is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous livestream moderation experience
- Experience in online communities or Discord
- Understanding of internet culture and creator communities
- Experience with StreamElements, Streamlabs, or moderation tools
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can show up consistently, take ownership, and handle both the fast-paced energy of live streams and the detailed process of account creation/warming.
Compensation Based on experience, availability, and responsibilities. Hourly and contractor-based structures available.
