Empire Digital Signs is seeking a motivated Digital Signage Integrator to support the installation, configuration, deployment, and service of digital signage systems throughout North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, working with hardware and software, and interacting with customers. You'll work directly with digital displays, interactive kiosks, media players, content management software, LED signage, and cloud-based systems.

What You'll Do:

System Configuration & Integration

• Configure media players and digital signage software
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions
• Prepare systems for shipment and deployment
• Configure network and display settings
• Test hardware, software, and complete system functionality

Installation Support

• Assist with installation of indoor digital signage systems
• Support deployment of interactive kiosks and touchscreen systems
• Assist with LED display installations and commissioning
• Coordinate installation readiness and project logistics
• Verify system performance after installation

Customer Training & Support

• Train customers on content management and system operation
• Troubleshoot software, network, and hardware issues
• Support remote and on-site service activities
• Document technical issues and resolutions
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to resolve equipment issues

Project Coordination

• Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables
• Communicate with customers regarding project status
• Maintain deployment documentation and records
• Coordinate equipment procurement and shipping activities

Qualifications

Required

• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and hardware platforms quickly
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred

• Experience with AV, IT, networking, digital signage, or related technology
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with installation work, low-voltage cabling, or electronics
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, Communications, or a related field
