AI Training & Evaluation Specialist

The Role
As an AI Training & Evaluation Specialist, you will be the human-in-the-loop ensuring our AI responses are accurate, helpful, and safe. You will interact with AI agents to provide feedback, rank responses, and rewrite content to improve model performance across various applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Interaction: Engage with AI models to test their reasoning, logic, and factual accuracy.
- Data Labeling: Review and categorize large datasets to train machine learning algorithms.
- Response Ranking: Evaluate multiple AI-generated responses based on quality, tone, and adherence to specific instructions.
- Fact-Checking: Verify AI claims against reliable sources to reduce hallucinations.
- Writing & Editing: Rewrite AI outputs to be more natural, concise, and professional.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Critical Thinking: Strong ability to spot logical fallacies and subtle inaccuracies in text.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, tone, and style.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs) and basic data entry/management software.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict quality deadlines.
