Liaison Manager
LIAISON MANAGER
Remote Position - College Credit (if needed) - Unpaid
Time Commitment: 12 Months | 6-8 hours/week (Seasonal/Temporary) Flexible schedule based on school requirements.
General Description:
Reporting to the Creative Director and Executive Director, the Liaison Manager at Digital4Good fosters and maintains relationships between our nonprofit and key stakeholders, including students, partners, government agencies, and internal departments. This role ensures effective communication, manages conflicts, and connects with organizations sharing our mission to amplify our impact and drive positive change in the digital world. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about digital safety and social impact.
Duties:
Foster and maintain productive relationships between Digital4Good and its key stakeholders, including students, partners, government agencies, and internal departments.
Coordinate communication and manage conflicts to ensure smooth interactions between all parties.
Ensure that Digital4Good's strategic objectives are met through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Connect Digital4Good with other organizations that have similar missions to amplify our impact and drive positive change in the digital world.
Assist Creative Director with the management of all Partnership Webinars including, but not limited to pitching new partnership agreements, planning and scheduling of future partnership webinars, and maintaining communication to all parties required.
Develop and implement strategies for effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
Monitor and report on stakeholder feedback and ensure that it is addressed in a timely manner.
Represent Digital4Good at meetings, conferences, and other events to promote our mission and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating communication.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for digital safety, child welfare, and social impact.

Develop advanced stakeholder management skills by fostering and maintaining relationships with students, partners, government agencies, and internal teams.

Build expertise in nonprofit partnership development, including pitching, planning, and executing partnership webinars.

Cultivate a deeper understanding of nonprofit operations, digital safety initiatives, and social change strategies.

Partnership Development: Successfully execute and manage partnership webinars, including pitching new agreements, scheduling, and ensuring clear communication with all involved parties. Contribute to the development of strategies for effective stakeholder communication to enhance collaboration and achieve organizational goals.
Communication and Representation: Demonstrate clear and professional verbal and written communication in reports, meetings, and stakeholder interactions, while effectively representing Digital4Good’s mission and values at events and meetings.
Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects independently while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Passion and Alignment with Mission: Show enthusiasm for digital safety, child welfare, and social impact while making meaningful contributions to advancing Digital4Good's mission and goals.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and collaborative projects while maintaining clear and consistent communication with supervisors and team members.
