Administrative Supervisor, Ski & Ride School

As the Administrative Supervisor at A-Basin, you will manage administrative activities to ensure an effective Ski and Ride School operation that results in a premier quality guest and staff experience. This position works alongside Guest Services, Human Resources, Accounting, Rentals, and Ski and Ride to administer SRS payroll, HR, staff, and guest needs. In this role, you would be responsible for the scheduling, training, and supervision of two direct reports that assist with data entry and a variety of other administrative tasks.

WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high ends of Arapahoe Basin’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Hourly pay range: $22.96 - $32.14/ hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Facilitate initial implementation of Flaik into the existing SRS processes, and manage the Flaik and RTP integration, such as mapping new products, reporting and escalating issues as they arise, and providing feedback to Flaik to aid new development of business tools
Develop curriculum and manage necessary training of personnel to utilize the relevant aspects of Flaik, RTP and other systems
Partner with the Flaik team to report software and hardware functionality issues
Develop and maintain effective tracking of instructor payroll, wages, schedules, various reports as needed, gathering and organizing data from multiple platforms
Supervise the daily fulfillment processes, including sales and lesson booking procedures. Verify that staffing is accurate to meet all business needs
Address payroll and schedule issues with staff
All elements of Payroll management, including ensuring Flaik system is set up and products are mapped accurately correctly align to budget and financial standards.
Partner with HR and Business Analysts to ensure timecard accuracy and payroll processing.
Coordinate special group experiences through the Delphi platform
Implement SRS Management Team goals and objectives
Understand SRS key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
Track office supply and uniform inventories and order as necessary
Track and maintain records of certifications instructors earned/ need to be compensated for
Train and encourage employees to actively participate in sustainability initiatives and support them in maintaining sustainable practices
Perform other job duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer-facing guest service experience - Required
Data entry experience - required
Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on detail
Ability to multi-task in a fluid, high energy guest service environment
Design and maintain data tracking systems
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and self-directed
Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, RTP, Flaik, Delphi (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in a Ski and Ride School setting
Must be available weekends and holidays
Must provide own ski or snowboard equipment and other necessary gear to work outside in a high alpine, snow, cold environment.
This position requires successful completion of a background check.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent - required
College Degree - Preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Administrators must be able to sit for a prolonged period of time, walk, kneel, crawl, carry, reach, stand, stoop, squat, and lift up to 35lbs while actively engaging with guests.
Ability to withstand a high-altitude environment at all times.
