About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and translate data into actionable insights that guide business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning
  • Gather and interpret data from surveys, reports, and industry publications
  • Build forecasting models and market sizing estimates
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to inform strategy
  • Monitor customer behavior and industry shifts to identify emerging opportunities
  • Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of market strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics platforms
  • Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, Retail, Finance]
