Job Title: Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician
Location: Fullerton/Stanton, CA
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $22.50–$28/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $150 after 90 days!

Not a Registered Behavior Technician yet? We’ll pay to train you and get you certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – and you’ll earn a $150 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days on the job!

Where You’ll Work:

We are currently hiring for clients in Fullerton/Stanton, CA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work directly with children and families in various settings (homes, schools, community, and office)
• Use evidence-based techniques to apply behavior modification for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Provide positive reinforcement and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Patience and compassion
• A playful and upbeat personality
• Someone who loves working/playing with kids
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (at least 1 year)
• Experience in the ABA field (at least 1 year)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
• Able to pass background checks
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn!
