Business Analyst Developer Intern
Business Analyst cum Developer Intern
We're looking for a Business Analyst cum Developer to join our Healthcare applications team as the go-to onshore, client-facing point of contact. This is a hybrid role — partly managing stakeholder relationships, partly hands-on developer & support specialist — perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders while staying close to the code.
You'll be the face of our support team to US-based healthcare clients: handholding stakeholders through issues, documenting and triaging tickets, resolving day-to-day (L1/L2) issues yourself, and looping in our core development team for the more complex (L3) fixes.
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6-Month Paid Internship (Potential Full-Time Conversion)
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary onshore point of contact for client stakeholders on a Healthcare application
- Understand, document, and log support tickets clearly and thoroughly
- Triage and resolve L1 (basic) and L2 (intermediate) tickets independently
- Coordinate with the core development team on L3 (complex/code-level) tickets, and follow through until resolution
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders through regular, clear communication
- Occasionally travel within the US for client meetings or on-site support (infrequent)
What We're Looking For
- A genuine inclination toward full-stack development — comfortable across both frontend and backend
- Working knowledge of Angular and JavaScript
- Familiarity with MS SQL (writing/reading queries, understanding data structures)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Strong communication skills — you'll be interacting directly with US-based clients
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable documenting issues clearly and following through
- Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with a little professional experience are equally encouraged to apply
Why Join Us
- Start as a paid intern for 6 months, with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance
- Direct, hands-on exposure to real healthcare clients and production systems from day one
- Work across the full spectrum — from client conversations to actual code fixes
- Mentorship from a core development team while you build both your technical and client-facing skills
- Job stability & security, as the company has global operations and has been in business since last 25 years.
