What You'll Do

  • Meet virtually with clients who requested information about benefits
  • Educate working families on their available coverage options
  • Help protect families with life and supplemental benefits
  • Work alongside experienced mentors and leaders
  • Develop leadership, communication, and business skills
  • Build your own team as you grow

Compensation

Performance-based compensation including:

  • Commissions
  • Weekly bonuses

Many first-year representatives earn $60,000–$100,000+, with leadership positions providing significantly greater income potential.

No insurance experience is required. We provide licensing assistance, training, coaching, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Willing to obtain required state insurance licenses (we help you through the process)

  • Background check required per state regulations
