Full-Time Server – The Northside Social

Northside Social is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven server to join our full-time team. We are a chef-driven, scratch kitchen offering elevated food, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine program in a casual, neighborhood atmosphere.

This position consists of four evening shifts per week and is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience is required.
• Strong food and wine knowledge is a must.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Professional, personable, and team-oriented.
• Reliable and available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
