Internship Program

• Our interns:
  • Interact directly with our clients.
  • Work in a hands-on environment; preparing financial statements and tax returns. 
• This is a multi-year internship.
  • You can be an intern until you graduate. 
  • When you graduate, and assuming there is a mutual desire, we will extend an offer for full-time, permanent employment! 
  • But also know that if you work through your graduation date and decide that public accounting is not for you, we will make sure you find full-time employment elsewhere.
• Each semester, your work schedule is customized to run with your school schedule.
  • When scheduling your classes, leave blocks of time that enable you to work at least 4 hours during the normal workday. 
  • During the spring semester, Saturday mornings can be an option. 
  • You do not work evenings on Sundays or holidays. Our partners and managers will train and support you   during regular business hours only.
• In order to ensure you get appropriate training; you are required to work a minimum number of hours each semester.
  • Fall Semester – a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Spring Semester – a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Summer – Between 24 hours and 32 hours per week (Fridays off).
