We’re hiring!

Spine and Sports Injury Center is seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary outpatient practice in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay.

For 40 years, our privately owned practice has built a reputation for delivering exceptional orthopedic and sports medicine care while creating a collaborative environment for both patients and providers.

Our clinic is uniquely located inside CrossFit Boston – Back Bay, offering an energetic setting focused on movement, rehabilitation, performance, and long-term health.

If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, value clinical autonomy, and want to work alongside experienced providers who are passionate about what they do, we’d love to connect. There also is room to grow into a long term treatment/management position for the right provider.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine patients
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care
  • Collaborate with medical doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, and trainers
  • Help patients achieve long-term wellness and performance goals

Qualifications

Required

  • Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Strong communication and manual therapy foundation
  • Team-oriented approach

Preferred

  • Dry Needling
  • ART
  • FMS / SFMA
  • TPI
  • McKenzie
  • Mulligan
  • Sports rehab experience

Compensation & Benefits
