Technical Graduate

The Vuba Technical Graduate Scheme supports the delivery of manufacturer-approved training programs and field installations while developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required to become a certified Vuba Stone Trainer. Working under the direction of the Lead Trainer, the representative will assist with contractor training, product demonstrations, technical support, installation of Vuba Stone systems, and the maintenance of technical documentation. This role requires extensive travel, a strong commitment to safety and quality, the ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments, and a professional attitude while representing Vuba Stone USA.

Key Accountabilities:

- Assist the Lead Trainer in delivering Vuba Stone contractor certification courses and manufacturer-approved training programs.
- Learn and install all Vuba Stone systems strictly in accordance with manufacturer specifications and installation procedures.
- Prepare training venues, tools, equipment, and materials prior to each training event.
- Assist with live product demonstrations and hands-on installation training for contractors and distributors.
- Support post-training cleanup, equipment maintenance, and inventory replenishment.
- Travel extensively throughout the United States to support contractor training, demonstrations, installations, trade shows, and company events.
- Represent Vuba Stone USA professionally while interacting with contractors, distributors, architects, engineers, and customers.
- Provide technical support to contractors via phone, email, and in person under the guidance of the Lead Trainer.
- Assist in troubleshooting installation issues and escalating technical concerns when appropriate.
- Organize, maintain, and audit installation manuals, technical specifications, engineering details, training documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in updating technical literature to ensure accuracy and consistency with current manufacturer standards.
- Document training attendance, installation observations, project details, and customer feedback.
- Support the development and maintenance of training presentations, technical resources, and educational materials.
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain training equipment, installation tools, and demonstration materials.
- Maintain inventory of training supplies, PPE, apparel, and promotional materials required for training events.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, serviced, and prepared for upcoming travel and training schedules.
- Safely perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials, operating installation equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, manufacturer installation procedures, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic while representing the Vuba Stone brand.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and a willingness to work extended hours, overnight travel, and weekends when business needs require.
- Continuously develop technical product knowledge, installation skills, presentation abilities, and customer service competencies to progress toward becoming an independent Vuba Stone Trainer.
