About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious student or recent graduate to join our Digital Marketing & Brand Management team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility, not just an internship. You'll work directly with our founder and team to create content seen by thousands of women while learning how a modern healthcare brand is built across social media, video, email, and digital publishing.
This is primarily an in-person position in Beverly Hills with flexible scheduling around classes.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Film YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other digital content
- Assist with podcast production and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform
- Create graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets
- Photograph clinical and lifestyle content when needed
Writing & Brand Development
- Write engaging captions and social media copy
- Draft blog articles and Substack newsletters
- Assist with LinkedIn thought leadership posts
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Marketing & Strategy
- Maintain the editorial and content calendar
- Research trends in women's health, wellness, longevity, and social media
- Identify viral opportunities and emerging platform trends
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Help execute digital campaigns and product launches
Operations
- Coordinate shoots and production schedules
- Communicate with designers, editors, photographers, and vendors
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- A current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate
- Studying communications, marketing, journalism, public health, film, media studies, business, or a related field
- Passionate about digital storytelling and social media
- Comfortable filming content on an iPhone or camera
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack
- An excellent writer with strong attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut
- Canva
- Photoshop
- Mailchimp or email marketing
- Analytics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Podcast production
An interest in women's health, menopause, wellness, or healthcare marketing is highly desirable.
