Paraprofessional Support
We’re seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students and educators in a collaborative school environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, student growth, and creating a positive learning atmosphere. You’ll work closely with teachers, provide instructional support, and help maintain an engaging, inclusive classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support — Assist teachers with daily instruction, small‑group work, and individualized student support.
- Student Assistance — Provide academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional support to students.
- Instructional Preparation — Help prepare materials, organize learning activities, and reinforce lesson plans.
- Supervision Duties — Monitor students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other non‑instructional periods.
- Collaboration — Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of at least 48 college semester units OR
- An Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication, patience, and a student‑centered mindset
