Mathnasium is the industry leader in supplemental math education for students in grades Pre K–12. Our mission is to teach children math in a way that makes sense to them, helping every student build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for mathematics.

As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized math instruction using the proprietary Mathnasium Method™. Instructors create a positive, engaging learning environment while guiding students through personalized learning plans designed to strengthen foundational skills, improve academic performance, and foster confidence.

This position requires strong mathematical knowledge, excellent communication skills, adaptability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. 

Instructor Role:

• Teach through Mathnasium methodology and terminology, using prescribed teaching practices.
• Interact with and motivate students during the instructional session.
• Evaluate and document student progress.
• Communicate student needs to the center director.
• Assist in non-teaching tasks, which may include cleaning, administrative assistance, curriculum preparation, or other duties as assigned.
