Social Media Intern (Video Content): Rockets Playing Cards

Location: Hybrid Type: Internship/Part-Time

Rockets Playing Cards is a design-forward premium playing card brand designed to bring people together for the kind of real, face-to-face fun that never goes out of style. This is an all-new brand from a company with over 80 years of history that we want to establish on social media. 

We're looking for a charismatic, creative Social Media Intern who lives and breathes short-form video and can help us show up daily with fresh, scroll-stopping content.

What you'll do:

• Create and edit short-form video content across TikTok, Reels (Facebook and Instagram), and YouTube Shorts, aiming to create 2-3 quality videos we can post daily
• Concept and shoot content that captures the Rockets brand spirit: bringing people together through a fresh take on classic fun
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats so you can adapt them to fit the brand
• Help manage posting schedules and track performance across channels
• Collaborate with the brand team on campaign ideas tied to product launches and retail milestones

What we're looking for:

• Someone who has no issue being engaging on camera
• A strong eye for visual storytelling and comfort filming/editing on a phone or basic camera setup
• Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, ClipChamp, or similar)
• Understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• Self-starter energy and previous social media marketing experience is a plus
