Overview

ULimo is seeking analytical and technology-driven HRIS Interns to help manage and optimize the Human Resources Information Systems that support our growing team. This internship combines human resources and technology, giving students valuable experience working with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), workflow automation, reporting, and HR data management.

This role is ideal for students interested in HR Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, and Organizational Psychology.

 

Responsibilities

-Maintain HR databases and employee information systems.

-Support Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management and optimization.

-Assist with HR workflow automation and process improvements.

-Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

-Research HR technology solutions and recommend improvements.

-Help troubleshoot HR system issues and maintain documentation.

-Support integration of HR software with recruiting and onboarding processes.

-Collaborate with HR leadership on technology-driven initiatives.

 

Qualifications

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.

-Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, databases, or HR software is a plus.

-Interest in HR technology and digital transformation.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
