You may evaluate globally renowned brands such as Montblanc, Guerlain, Moncler, Jaguar, and many more. Your observations and professional feedback will help some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands continuously enhance their customer experience and service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Choose assignments that match your interests, availability, and profile.
• Visit luxury locations and interact naturally with brand representatives.
• Experience premium products and services while evaluating the overall customer journey.
• Assess key aspects of your visit, including the environment, service quality, staff expertise, digital and in-person interactions, and follow-up communication.
• Complete a structured online questionnaire and provide honest, objective feedback after each assignment.
