What You’ll Do:

 Customer Support: Assist policyholders with everyday questions, billing updates, and top-tier service.

 Lead Generation & Marketing: Help schedule appointments, engage with community leads, and support local marketing initiatives.

 Administrative Operations: Maintain organized customer records, handle follow-ups, and support day-to-day agency operations.

 Relationship Building: Learn how to connect with clients, assess their needs, and introduce them to appropriate insurance solutions.
