Education: Recent or upcoming US Master’s graduates (Freshers to 1 years experience).

Location Path: Initial training in the US, followed by a planned transition to our India hub.

What You’ll Do:

You will serve as the central coordinator for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing the operational logistics of onboarding, offboarding, and global mobility for a wide range of business units. Your daily work involves navigating a complex tech stack including Workday and ServiceNow to maintain data integrity, resolve policy inquiries, and ensure all system transactions are executed accurately. You will act as a primary point of contact for workers and vendors, balancing high-volume task management with the strict documentation and reporting standards required for internal and external audit compliance. By meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), you will ensure the HR function operates with precision and efficiency across the organization.

Roles & Responsibility:

Global Stakeholder Management: Provide cross-business unit, global coverage for six business units across six countries. 

Employee Lifecycle Orchestration: Act as the single point of contact to coordinate and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle events—from onboarding to offboarding—with a dedicated focus on a positive employee experience.

HR Tech & Vendor Integration: Navigate and manage workflows within a diverse global tech stack (including Workday and ServiceNow) while collaborating with specialist vendors such as Tax Advisory, Background Checking, local Benefits, Immigration and others.

Policy Guidance & Support: Resolve HR-related queries and provide expert guidance to workers on company policies, system transactions, and the promotion of self-service tools to improve efficiency.

Global Mobility Administration: Provide oversight and end-to-end administration of global mobility cases, ensuring seamless cross-business unit and vendor collaboration.

Data Integrity & Compliance: Follow established processes to ensure data accuracy and perform regular audits to meet strict internal, external, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Audit Execution: Facilitate internal and external audit cycles by providing requested reports, conducting sample testing, and delivering evidence to validate process compliance.

SLA & Performance Excellence: Manage individual workload to deliver high-quality results in line with predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

System & Process Optimization: Partner with the HR Systems and Solutions Team to identify issues and recommend enhancements that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall HR function.

Documentation & Workflow: Maintain clear documentation for system workflows and lifecycle events to ensure consistency and audit readiness across the organization.
