HolistiCare Physical Therapy is an independently owned outpatient practice serving Honolulu for more than 10 years. We provide evidence-based, whole-person care through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and individualized treatment.
New graduates and experienced physical therapists are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, gait training, and patient education
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and team members
- Collaborate with PTAs and support staff
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Minimum Requirements
- DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree
- Current Hawaii PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Authorization to work in the United States by the anticipated start date
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Preferred Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience or clinical rotation
- Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Timely and concise documentation
- Interest in healthy aging, strength training, and injury prevention
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus

This is an in-person position at our Honolulu clinics. Applicants may work at our King Street and/or Chinatown location based on clinic needs and availability.
