Synergize Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to gain professional experience in community outreach, nonprofit marketing, communications, and leadership.

You'll work with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations, engaging with community members at local events and outreach campaigns to increase awareness and inspire support for meaningful causes. No experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and public outreach campaigns.
• Connect with community members through friendly, face-to-face conversations.
• Share information about nonprofit missions, programs, and current initiatives.
• Help execute community events and promotional activities.
• Build positive relationships while delivering an exceptional public experience.
• Work closely with a collaborative team to achieve outreach goals.
